I would like to announce a change in our regular format for the month of December. In view of the fact that currently there is so much dissension and division in our country  , I thought that in this season of coming together and caring for others, I would try to bring music styles together and play a wide variety of our very favorite Christmas music through the years with the hope that everyone will enjoy. You will certainly hear smooth jazz. I will also play classic traditional favorites from the crooners of the past, Mannheim Steamroller, some jazz greats,The Celtic Woman, Celine Dion, The Beatles, Vince Guaraldi and David Benoit with music from the Peanuts franchise, and some surprises. I invite you to join me in this effort by requesting your favorite Christmas songs at SmoothSide@kkrn.org.

In order to record this program, be aware that the Billboard top three must be done in advance and are therefore not played during the actual release date. Since I will not be playing the top three during our holiday music special shows, I provide that information below.

Week of November 20th - Number 1 - Blake Aaron-Feels So Right - Number 2 Christian de Mesones and Bob James-Hispanica - Number 3 - Jimmy B-In The Wind.

Week of November 27th - Number 1 - Pamela Williams and Gerald Albright - Serendipity - Number 2 - Blake Aaron - Feels So Right - Number 3 - Kim Scott, Althea Rene, and Ragan Whiteside - I'm Every Woman.

Week of December 4th - Number 1 - Paul Taylor - Straight To The Point - Number 2 - Pamela Williams and Gerald Albright - Serendipity - Number 3 - Kim Scott, Althea Rene, and Ragan Whiteside - I'm Every Woman.

Thank you for your continuing support of KKRN and this program.
