March 11-12, 2017:  This week’s program features works by American composers Aaron Copland and  George Gershwin, with performances by bay area orchestra Redwood Symphony in the suite from Copland’s “Rodeo" and Gershwin’s tone poem “An American in Paris”.  Later in the program we will hear the beautiful “Sinfonia Concertante for Four Wind Instruments” by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and and a beautiful concerto for horn and orchestra by Franz Danzi.
