"If it feels good, do it" was a T-shirt worthy slogan in the wild 1960s, with good and bad connotations, but this week it's our theme and it's all good.

Grow Wings and Fly - King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, the closing track from their most recent album, Phantom Island, a June 2025 release. in which the Wiz go all in with strings and horns and conductors.

Satisfied - Died Pretty from their album Doughboy Hollow, a 1991 release. The title refers to a colorful place and piece of New South Wales history involving a gang of outlaw bushrangers.

Won't Quit You - the Gnomes, from their self-titled debut album, released on November 7, 2025.

Margrel - a single by Cahill Kelly, an October 23, 2025 release. Kelly is an in-demand session guitarist.

Another Day In the Sun - the Moffs, a 1985 single and it was also on their 1988 album Labyrinth.

I Want the 1 (That I Can't Have) - A fella called Jack Ladder, and his band the Dreamlanders, with new album Separation Rock, which came out on October 10, 2025. The album was recorded in California and is meant to be a breakout for Mr Ladder, whose name on his library card is Timothy Kenneth Rogers, no relation to the Tim Rogers of You Am I fame.

Lygon Street Meltdown - Melbourne Ska Orchestra, from their self-titled 2013 album. Lygon Street is a wonderfully active part of Melbourne.

Finish - the Double Happiness, from their 2020 debut album, Surfgazing.

Dracula - Kevin Parker as Tame Impala, the song is on his new album Deadbeat, which came out on October 17, 2025.

One Step Ahead - Split Enz, originally from New Zealand, the song was on their 1981 album Waiata, recorded in Melbourne. Waiata was released as Corroboree in Australia, where it reached No. 1. Waiata is a Māori term for song and singing - corroboree is an Aboriginal term with a similar meaning.

Analysis Paralysis - Jen Cloher, the song was on her self-titled 2017 album but the version we played was recorded for a live-in-the studio session and featured Courtney Barnett on lead guitar.

Zeitgeist - Babe Rainbow, from their album Changing Colours, a 2021 release.
