In this episode, we speak with Amarjit Singh, Director of the Sikh Center in Redding. Amarjit has been involved in creating a great number of community events and offerings. For him, this form of service is deeply rooted in the tenets of his Sikh faith and practice. During our conversation, we speak about service and work as mindfulness practices and he also touches on chanting traditions that are powerful mindfulness practices for him.
