What You Need - INXS, from the 1985 album Listen Like Thieves, with the Farris brothers, Andrew on keyboards, Jon the drummer, and Tim playing guitar.

Tied in Knots - Vika and Linda, the Bull sisters, from their 1999 album Two Wings. The song was written by Tim Rogers, of You Am I fame.

Weir - Killing Heidi, Ella Hooper singing, brother Jesse Hooper on guitar, a 1999 single and it was on their 2000 album Reflector.

Bands of brothers

Rain - Dragon, a 1983 single and on their 1984 album Body and the Beat. Dragon was big in Australia but started in New Zealand and featured Marc Hunter singing and his brother Todd Hunter playing bass.

Gimme More - Swedish Magazines, with brothers Van Walker on guitar and singing and Cal Walker on guitar, from their 2011 album Wino Havoc.

Lords of Summer - The Mark of Cain, from their 1989 album Battlesick, with brothers John Scott on guitar and vocals, and Kim Scott on bass.

Partners in 4/4 time

Nothing Tastes the Same - Deborah Conway and Willy Zygier, described somewhere as "domestic partners" who make music together. From their 2013 album Stories of Ghosts.

The House That Never Was - from the 2008 Kasey Chambers album Rattlin' Bones, costarring Shane Nicholson - divorced now, they were married when they recorded it.

Miles From Anglesea - Jeff Lang and Alison Ferrier, calling themselves High Ace, married musical partners, from a 2022 album they did titled Snowcap Menace.

There's Nothing Left - the Cartwheels, a genuine family band, they called their 2014 album At Home, with Wendy Phypers singing, her partner Dave Patterson on bass, and their son Charley on drums.

Tribal Voice - Yothu Yindi, (the name reportedly means child and mother), the title track of their 1991 album. Mandawuy Yunupingu was a key member of the band. His nephew was Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu, and the fluid makeup of the band included many other family members.

Get Me Out - King Stingray, from their self-titled 2022 debut album. Lead singer Yirrŋa Yunupiŋu is the nephew of Mandawuy Yunupingu, and guitarist Roy Kellaway is the son of Stuart Kellaway, who were both founding members of Yothu Yindi.

Wiyathul - Gurrumul is the title of a 2008 album by the late Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingu. He was a member of Yothu Yindi and sang on the Tribal Voice album.

Gonna Be Good - Paul Kelly from his 2012 album Spring and Fall, with his nephew Dan Kelly on guitar, Peter Luscombe on drums, his brother Dan Luscombe playing piano, and sisters Vika and Linda Bull providing harmony vocals.
