In this episode, we speak with Kristin Miller, Ph.D., Psychologist who is DCEP, TFT, TTT, EMDR, CMBM,and Red Cross Certified and specializes in treating developmental intergenerational trauma.  She has led and mentored projects with a wide range of professionals and diverse community partners. She is also the proud grandparent of three beautiful boys and is fully submerged in nature.

During our conversation, we speak about her work leading the  Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP) Emotional First Aid Committee, her involvement developing Resources for Resilience (https://r4r.energypsych.org/ ) and Emotional First Aid materials (www.r4rtraining.support), and the benefits of tapping.
