"Sayonara" by Joe Graceffo on Scratched Up Radio Theater

This month we're airing Joe Graceffo's new play "Sayonara", on July 4th and July 11th. I don't know what we'd do without Joe - he's written at least a dozen great plays for us.

It's about two stoner teenagers in 1974, as they cruise around town on a weekend, on their search for a sexy voice they heard on a police monitor. The cast is Rudy Lurchigian as Joe, Silas Harris as Elliot, Jorin Antero-Towle as Harvey, Dan Beckman as Chuck, Laura Christensen as the waitress, Saralysette Stauffer as Jennifer, Jim Dowling as Mel, the male cop, & the PA announcer, and Laura, Saralysette and Lili D as the cheerleaders.

We'd like to wish our actors Silas and Rudy our best wishes, when they leave to study Cinema and Media Arts at Biola University in L.A. Hate to see you leave town, guys. It's been great working with you both, and look forward to hearing about your pursuits in the future!
