  Dr. Coyle is currently Associate Professor, in the Political Science Department of California State University, Chico. He teaches courses on "Prisons", the "Criminal Justice System", and "Restorative Justice".  As a researcher and author he has been published in numerous books and journals.  His most recent book is "Talking Criminal Justice: Language and the Just Society, explores the everyday language of what we call "criminal justice".  We discuss the failed "War on Drugs", racial bias and economic/class warfare in relation to incarceration and enforcement of the law.  Do you think you understand the criminal justice system?  Listen-in.
