    Kathryn Gessner

    Kathryn Gessner is a teacher, published poet and much more.  Her poetry chapbook Scrub Jays in Lavender is being published by Finishing Line, an independent press.  Shasta College will host a public reading for Kathryn in April 2015.  Her chapbook will be on sale at the reading and in the campus bookstore.  Late Night Poetry Jam host, Pamela Spoto, explores the motivation and writing that led to this fascinating publication.
