On Mindfulness is a show that engages community members in learning about simple to use, free methods for reducing anxiety/stress and increasing well-being. The show is an offering of the Shasta Resilience Project that connects trained Mind Body Medicine practitioners with community members and is intended to serve as a resource for community wellness resource and as an introduction to the benefits of engaging in mindfulness-based healing.
