Joanna Francescut is a local elections administrator with 17 years of experience working in Shasta County's Clerk and Elections Department in addition to support for other elections department. Although we don't focus on this in the episode, Joanna is currently running for Shasta County Clerk and Registrar of Voters and is focused on stability, integrity, and experienced local leadership for the community she calls home.
