Rather Be Gone - the Davidson Brothers, from their 2011 album Here To Stay.

This Will Be Our Year - the Teskey Brothers, it was on their 2023 album The Winding Way. Keen eared listeners of a certain vintage will remember the Zombies doing the song on their 1968 album Odessey and Oracle. Yes, it should be Odyssey, legend has it that the record sleeve designer spelled it wrong and no one picked it up.

When You Walk In the Room - the Sports, from 1978, it was on their album Reckless.

How Is the Air Up There - the La De Das, from New Zealand, the island nation in the southern hemisphere, and for our purposes part of the Down Under Hour's territory. It was a single from their 1966 debut album.

Television Addict - the Victims, a 1978 single. The Victims had Dave Faulkner on vocals and guitar. This version from Do The Pop! The Australian Garage-Rock Sound 1976-87.

Frantic Romantic - a 1979 single by Kim Salmon and his band the Scientists. This version from the collection Tales From the Australian Underground - Singles 1976-1989.

Leilani - Hoodoo Gurus. Baker and Faulker got back together in the Hoodoo Gurus, this is from their 1984 debut album Stoneage Romeos.

Red Dress On - Young Modern, from 1979, it was on their album Play Faster.

About A Girl - Emma Russack, the title track of her album from August 2024.

A Pub With No Beer - a hit for Slim Dusty in 1957, written and first recorded by another Australian musician, Gordon Parsons, in 1954.
