Jason Bryant is the Director of Programs for the Creating Restorative Opportunities and Programs (CROP) Organization. He holds an MA in Philosophy, an MS in Psychology, and has over 20 years of lived experience within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. During his incarceration, he focused on higher education and coaching others toward positive life changes. He co-founded the CROP Organization to offer substance abuse counseling, workforce development, and personal leadership programs. Today, Jason helps direct CROP’s Ready 4 Life program, which provides inclusive career development< training, along with housing support and reentry services to formerly incarcerated people in Oakland and Los Angeles.
