Wishing you a happy and safe Thanksgiving.

Part one -   I am starting the music this week with a song that I must admit initially I did not like a great deal. Pianist Brian Culbertson has been very prolific with new music releases of beautiful music, The Colors Of Love in 2018, Winter Stories last fall, and his album titled XX this spring. Then on June 18th he released a single that I did not play on the radio.  Recently I listened to it again and more fully grasped what Culbertson was trying to convey. I listened carefully and became deeply immersed in it. Suddenly after the election, the pandemic, and all the chaos surrounding us this year,  it had deep meaning to me and brought me much comfort.  This is a song for anyone in need of the healing power of music. It is meant to uplift and help you get through a hard time. That song is Brian Culbertson with A New Beginning.

Also in the first segment I have in work from Dave Koz, Freddie Fox, And Gerald Albright

Part two - Billboard top three songs in Smooth Jazz for this week played.

Part three -   New releases from Jazmin Ghent, Alexander Zonjic, Todd Mosby, and Andy Snitzer.

Second hour

Part one - turn up the quiet time with five uninterrupted songs in a row starting from the new Diana Krall album

Part two - favorite songs from the past years of Smooth Jazz.

Part three - classic among classics segment - Earl Klugh.

Part four - great memories in music segment -  The story behind Jazz singer Norah Jones multiple Grammy winning  song Don't Know Why
