Things are opening up in a big way in Smooth Jazz with live performances from artists that have been idled now for a full year by the pandemic. The Seabreeze Jazz Festival in Florida, performed entirely outdoors,  was a huge success. Already events have occurred in Daytona, Cabo San Lucas and Sonoma. Several Smooth Jazz concerts are on tap during the remainder of the year. As well, most artists have already booked extensive schedules of live performances. In addition this has been an outstanding year so far with many great new releases.  I have the very latest new releases from Marc Antoine, Brian Bromberg, Lin Rountree, Marion Meadows, Jeff Kashiwa, Randal Clark, Roberto Restuccia, Jazmin Ghent, Julian Vaughn, and more. I am also looking forward to new releases shortly from Dave Koz, the Jeff Lorber Fusion, Jonathan Fritzen, Steve Cole, and Marqueal Jordan.   Please stick around for our special feature on one of Smooth Jazz’s most successful, long lasting groups Acoustic Alchemy in our second hour.

Thank you for your support of this program and KKRN.
