I am temporarily reducing the artist segment in order to allow more time to expand our new releases page to accommodate a plethora of brand new releases that is our good fortune to be experiencing right now. The shortened artist section will concentrate on some of the smooth jazz groups.

Featured this week is 3rd Force an instrumental trio composed of all multi-instrumentalists William Aura (also the group's producer and chief composer), Craig Dobbin, and Alain Eskinasi. plus varied and frequent guest musicians.  This group is considerably more eclectic than most artists who fit into smooth jazz radio formats. Since 1993 they have released eight really good listening albums all with the word Force in their title. The end of the show will be my favorite 3rd Force song. I hope you enjoy the music from this outstanding group.

I will play Billboard’s top three songs in smooth jazz this week.

Our expanded segment featuring the absolute latest in smooth jazz, includes brand new 2018 releases from the guitar of Chris Standring’s album Sunlight (released March 23rd), the guitar of Adam Hawley’s album Double Vision (released March 23rd), guitarist Lawson Rollins with our featured group 3rd Force as guests from the album Airwaves Greatest Hits (released Jan. 19th),vocalist Lindsey Webster’s brand new album Love Inside (released March 16th), guitarist Nils new album Play (released March 16th), and trumpeter Greg Adams and East Bay Soul from the album Conversation (released March 26th).

In the second hour we have Diana Krall, David Benoit, Boney James, Peter White, Rick Braun, Jeff Lorber with another selection from this years Grammy Award winning album Prototype, Jim Brickman soon to perform in Redding, The Rippingtons, George Benson with Stevie Wonder, Boney James and Rick Braun with a classic, and Jeff Golub with Brian Auger
